is searching Full Time Maintenance Technician to work with the onsite staff in Hedgesville, WV.
Requirements include:
Experience in routine minor maintenance/repair including but not limited to carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs Minor building maintenance (interior and exterior lighting, locks, and trash areas) Must have basic mechanical skills to be able to change vehicle oil, wipers, brake pads, top fluids.
Must be able to operate a Kubota Tracker with snowplow, bucket, and woodchipper and a zero-turn mower Grounds maintenance, fence repair, sign replacement, minor tree trimming and some snow removal Small equipment/hand tool experience, operation and minor repairs of power washers, painting equipment, generators, etc.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment Ability to successfully complete a thorough background check including credit, criminal and driving as well as pre-employment drug screening The scheduled hours are 7AM-3:
30PM Monday through Friday.
