50 an hour 18 hours ago 18 hours ago 18 hours ago DESCRIPTION As a Customer Service Representative for short-term rentals, you will be responsible for providing exceptional, responsive and helpful customer support by resolving inquiries or concerns from guests.
You will serve as the main point of contact for all customer-related issues, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all parties involved.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a deep commitment to customer satisfaction.

Remote in West Virginia Requirements:
Full Time; Hourly.
40 hrs a week, remote location.
Must have a quiet location with reliable computer, internet and phone access.
Hours Thursday 12pm - 8pm EST Friday 12pm - 8pm EST Saturday 12pm - 8pm EST Sunday 8am - 4pm EST Monday 12pm - 8pm EST RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, complaints, and requests from guests via various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.
).

Provide accurate information about rental properties, availability, pricing, amenities, and booking procedures.
3.
Assist guests with reservation bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refunds, following company policies and procedures.
4.
Address and resolve any issues or complaints raised by guests, ensuring their concerns are handled effectively and in a timely manner.
5.
Coordinate with maintenance, inventory control and business manager to address maintenance requests, property-related issues, and ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs.
6.
Collaborate with internal teams such as operations and maintenance to ensure effective communication and seamless customer experiences.
7.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries in the company's channel management system and other platforms used by the company.
8.
Follow up with guests to gather feedback, address any additional needs, and build long-term relationships.
9.
Stay updated with industry trends, local regulations, and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
10.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall customer service experience.
Requirements 1.
Proven work experience in a customer service or hospitality-related role is preferred.
2.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
3.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
4.
Familiarity with short-term rental platforms, property management systems, or reservation software is a plus.
5.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6.
Proficiency in using customer support software and tools, as well as basic computer skills.
7.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs.
8.
Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
9.
High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and data entry.
