This position will interview customers to obtain information related to unemployment benefits or job placement and performs data entry to enter the information.
Assists and refers available jobs to job seekers and refers to partner agencies for services such as transportation, training, etc.
Works with employers to encourage the posting of job openings and makes appropriate referrals and verifies hires.
May also conduct eligibility interviews and respond to emails from customers.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
